Refund policy

For hygiene purposes, all sales are final sale! We do not accept any returns or exchanges

whatsoever. When the product leaves the facility and ships out, we will not accept any items

back.

If you make a purchase and mistakenly order the incorrect item, please reach out to our

socials or email address provided and we will do our best to accommodate.

Damaged Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective in any way, please contact us

within 24-48 hours of delivery at @havenform.co@gmail.com with your order number and

photos of the item. Photos will need to be clear and visible of the product. All approved cases

will be sent a replacement or refund at our discretion.
